Refund policy

Treasure Kits products are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable due to their handmade, made-to-order nature. 

If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours by email.

If you would like to make changes after placing an order, notify us immediately and we will be happy to accommodate you as long as your order has not been shipped.  Once your order has shipped, no changes can be made.  Email us at treasurekits@gmail.com with any questions.  Please include your name and order number in the email body.  The order number can be found in your initial email receipt.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately at  treasurekits@gmail.com if the kit has been damaged in transit or does not meet your expectations for any reason. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on seasonal items or gift cards.
