Introducing a unique and special kit for children who are grieving. This kit was thoughtfully designed to help children process the many emotions they experience as they grieve the one they love. Children may use the kit to express emotion and process a difficult loss.
The kit includes an insert that explains grief and how to use the kit as well as a sign the child can use to signal a need for quiet time to reflect.
The Grief Kit includes a plastic container, 3 rolls of sensory dough (white, star glitter light blue and light green), explanation insert, a quiet time sign, treasure box, gate, adult wood doll, child wood doll, elephant, rainbow, greenery, flowers, wood hearts, stars, red heart gems, clear gems, blue gems, sequins, rocks and teen gems. The lid is removable and can be used as a play tray for easy travel and cleanup.
Grief Kits can be customized to better represent the grief your child is experiencing. You may purchase additional adult and child peg dolls, along with dog and cat figures for $2.00 each. While all adult and child peg dolls are identical, the dog and cat figures do very in style. Please email us (treasurekits@gmail.com) if you would like to request a specific animal figure. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the item is in stock. If the requested figure is unavailable, we will work with you to find another figure that will be suitable.
DOUGH CARE: Dough is made with food grade ingredients. Store dough in airtight bags, in a cool, dry place to keep soft and fresh. Natural salt crystals may form. To refresh, just knead dough and they will disappear!
